Very nice.
So far, I think this is way cool. I don't really listen to trance as much anymore, but I used to a whole lot. And if I had this song back then I would most definitely have listened to it until I got tired of having it stuck in my head.
----Thoughts/Ideas----
At 1:56 you need a crash cymbal to indicate the beginning of the full entrance of the lead. Crash cymbals really make a big difference.
Maybe after the one lead dies off at 2:40, you could keep the bassline and other synths still there and the kick continuing, and expand upon the melody introduced at 1:18. Then bring back the lead that dropped off, and just keep it up.
Also, try and add some occasional variety in there. Either with the beat, or with the lead. Because, to me at least, it really shows that the mixer cares about keeping their audience interested.
Right now that's all I've got. I know how frustrating writer's/musician's block can be, and I'm pretty sure you'll work through it.
